Over 100k, under 150k.

I've been here since 2004, and the reason I'm able to be so lazy now is cause I was *really* good at my job for the first like 6 years.

Coordinate maintenance for offices so I sit at a desk all day, occasionally traveling to each office for site visits. It's pretty much cake now that I've set up the whole program and it runs on a revolving schedule of what and where shyt gets done. Only stressful part is when some office managers bytch about dumb shyt, or it takes a awhile for the contractor to address the issue.
