I think people will start to live longer, because we (well some of us) eat healthier food, and know the dangers of smoking, and the benefits of diet and exercise. But wouldn't you get bored after a while, and wouldn't it suck to see people around you die? I always imagined people start to get really scared around 75-80 when they see their friends in the retirement home die. I can't even imagine living in a place like that.
I have no interesr in being so old, that I am just sitting there, watching everything happen around me, and I can barely participate.
What about those of you who don't want kids? What do you do in life at that age, when you don't have kids? Even when you're 65, and active, what the hell do you do with no spouse and kids? Those of us who are black will still look around 45 when we're 65,

But there is only so much solo travel, hanging out with friends (who will all have grandkids by then, and half my friends already have grandkids in their late 30s) you can do.
