shyt tenants who don’t pay is not great, but violating tenants rights is guaranteed to be the worst decision you can make. Always default to lawyers and county sheriffs. Don’t get personally involved without proper notice and filling the paperwork, because at that point you are just “doing what the court says and it’s above you”.
