Did he say current NBA player who is a future HOF'er? If so it's likely Garnett. Him and some of his goons put somebody in the hospital when he was in SC, thats why he moved to Chicago, and I'm sure he met a lot more goons there. He was wild when he was younger, and matured a lot, I can see him just throwing money at an old friend and telling them to leave him alone
