People saying Flair but JTG says something to the effect of "If I kick his ass, I get fired. If he kicks my ass, I'm thr laughing stock of the locker room..."
That kind of eliminates Flair in my eyes because Flair ain't whipping nobody's ass. I'd give Rey Mysterio and Evan Bourne odds on whooping his old ass in a fair one. They could slap him once and he'd cry and offer to carry their bags.
No matter how little you think of JTG, he is still a decently sized, athletic black guy. I'd have to witness it to believe that Flair could whip his ass. I think it might have been Piper or Hardcore Holly

Reading between the line, I could see Piper or Flair just because whoever it was sounds to be old. The reason you are giving as to why it can't be Flair though are the exact reason he would be a laughing stock. It would be like you fighting an 80 year old man. If you win, nobody is going to really give you props. You just beat the breaks off an elderly person who is probably senile. If you lose, you got beat up by an 80 year old. Can't even say anything to anybody in the future cause jokes are going to be flying. That's why he was in a lose/lose situation for him and he did the best thing just sneaking away.
