Honestly I think this thread would be better asking who is the #2 receiver in this bunch because unless Sammy gets put in a really fukked up situation, he is far and away the premier WR in this year's class...

And I still can't make up my mind who I think is #2 between Benjamin/Landry/Allen....I love all of their games but with the right system/QB, Benjamin could be a top 10 talent in the league I think....

I went to school at GTech. Watched him make us look silly. I'm also from SC, so I do watch Clempsun and USCe games from time to time. You don't see a lot of body catching with him and he gets the ball at the apex like you should. He might not be Megatron level but Barring a fukkboy qb and organization, he gonna be good. Lots of the talented wrs aren't good route runners out of college. He's the best WR prospect in the draft for a reason.

yea, he did make tech look silly....yea, I give you he does catch the ball at the apex and with his hands, i'm just saying most of his catches were when he was wide open and/or on short shyt...that doesn't really show his hands cause that's like catching in practice...I've rarely seen him catch something in traffic or while being defended, that's what shows your hands to me....and yea, route running is something he can work on, just think he might fall into that trap of 'he's fast as hell, so no need to learn that shyt'...ted ginn comes to mind...

*disclaimer - i'm not comparing him to ted ginn as a talent, think he's more talented than ginn, just using ginn as an example of the 'so fast, he aint gotta learn shyt'....

Glad I didn't have to be the one to bring up Robinson.. I've been hoping my Steelers pick him up in round 2 and put him alongside Antonio Brown.
