Kamala won't get it in my view. Tulsi seems like the best pick, but not for 2020. She's running, but 2024 seems more likely.

The democratic party is literally being changed from the inside out with more progressive individuals doing primaries against establishment candidates. I firmly believe she will be the first not sure how long it will take though. Im going with AOC.
