That's my whole basis. nikkas keep talking about how good the Pats are and you just said your self luck plays a huge part in it. Peyton didn't want to win as much as he wanted control, Harbaugh wasn't gonna let him by the tryant dictator of the offense, hence him going to Denver with John Fox (a defensive coach) so he can do what he wants.
People forget Peyton is a megalomaniac in reality.

Im trying to avoid Niners talk considering this board gets flooded with it....but jesus christ they have one good year carried by their defense in a terrible division and Harbaugh is suddenly Vince Lombardi and they're a better team than the Patriots. Funny stuff.
Anyone who understands football knows defense fluctuates a lot more than offense does....so penciling the Niners into the SB is a bit premature.

Breh, that team will not repeat it's success unless Alex Smith becomes a legitimate QB. They went on a nice streak last year and everyone balled out on their defense, but that shyt is not gonna last.
