Who Winning, Ninja Turtles or Power Rangers?

Power Rangers used to get the asses kicked then you’d have to wait for them to call their robot parts and wait for them to connect. If the enemy would’ve kept whooping the ass they wouldn’t have time to call them machines. Turtles got this one.

So, few schools of thought here..

So I will conceed the MMPR was getting their asses handed to them, unmorphed specifically. But keep in mind, the turtles had years with Splinter teaching them before getting put out to protect, MMPR got tossed out there. Even later on when they got better, I could probably see them losing to the turtles unmorphed.

But once morphed? Even early on, besides the numbers advantage of at least +1 (if we’re not inviting the Green Ranger), there is just wayyyyy to much at their disposal and the turtles don’t have anything to escalate the fight further with.

There is actually a comic that is pretty good that dives into this a little (parts were posted earlier in the thread). It’s a bit more of a stalemate in the comic.

So unmorphed, I think they kicked everyones ass not named Jason or Tommy but otherwise turtles get spanked.

Back in the day i remember the rangers used to fight in stages. They would try as human first, then morph to rangers, then escalate to Zords.

as someone else mentioned turtles can kill. they not against it like batman. So theorictcally there are scenarios where the turtles would put them down before they get a change to morph. Essentially turtles have to go it for the kill and end the fight quickly

but otherwise i agree power rangers would eventually be too op for them.

Even morphed, I still think the majority of them are getting washed if we're strictly talking hand to hand combat without powers.

Ninja Storm and Jungle Furt are some of the few that could give the turtles problems and that's mainly because they were actually trained in hand to hand combat before powers even came into the play.

I never saw them display super strength in the tv show. Never read the comics . I'm basing this off the abilities of season 1 og tv power rangers.

The Turtles are generally much better characters.

But in a fight? Rangers stomp. They have all kinds of superpowers whereas the Turtles are just skilled ninjas.

and getting washed… then in the middle of the fight you’re trying to yell for the gat and some protective body gear to fall from the sky so you can regulate. That’s how the power rangers look out here lol.

That entire power ranger team wasn’t. The two teams I mentioned were outside of Casey in Jungle Fury.

THat was just tommy and Johnny. The rest of them were ballerinas, break dancers, and nerds

But still not at the level of the two series I mentioned.

Jungle Fury was literally 8 rangers deep that specialized in martial arts and that's not even counting the Pai Zhuq Masters that would give the turtles fits as well.

Even Ninja storm had Sensei would could step in and help out.

It was a reason why Zordon referred to them as teenagers with attitude when it came up about giving them powers.
