Who wins: Spawn vs. Ghost Rider?

Ghost Rider has had some serious feats, especially against those with bloody pasts but at his height Spawn would disassemble him.

Now a normative average of both characters going at it would be a nasty fight.

Reyes killed starbrand and can pilot a celestial. Beating God or the devil or not, I would bet it would be close with robbie
