I can see Bray Wyatt winning MITB ths year just on the strength of how hard they been pushing him this year. It would also play into the storyline of Bray deciding that to control the WWE Universe he needs the title as his "infinity gauntlet"

I think Dean or Reigns wins the MITB and ends up facing Lesnar or Rollins for the title. To early to predict the Rumble but just for the hell of it I will say Daniel Bryan will win it and go to face Brock in the main event at Mania 32.
