Word. Mad gear always seemed like a shadaloo B-team@ putting Mad Gear in there, they would raped with the quickness. This battle is amongst the other 4
The Lin Kuei ninjas are on some other shyt (teleporting, projectiles, elemental control, etc), and they fight to kill, so I see them going a long way.
The Goutetsu school, are also on some other shyt, so I see them lasting long too.
I think that the Mashima clan sans Jinpachi would have a very hard time lasting in this battle. Jun and Lee are dead meat
I think it comes down to Bison and Sagat from Shadaloo, Akuma and Ryu from Goutetsu, Scorpion, Subzero and Noob from MK and Jinpachi and Kazuya from the Mishima clan

Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo Balrog was a BEAST. Both fast and powerful. When he starts doing that move when he spins around (dodges fireballs) and punches he's hard to hit.

If I recall, in Tekken 2 the characters were able to jump REALLY high. Too high really, one of the few things I remember about that game because I didn't realy see the point
Why would Paul need to jump 100 feet in the air?

Only two characters I take seriously from that clique are Hugo and Rolento. They have a shot of getting past the first rounds. But nikkas like Bill Bull and Retu would get murked.

Ryu would get knocked down and then comeback before he would get chained to death on the feet. Anyway, you already know SF3 Ryu is stronger than Evil Ryu and Akuma so it would just end all kinds of ugly for Jin.

But I would watch the Mishima clan closely... mainly Heihachi. Call him old (or young now as of TTT2), but he has survived every attempt on his life thus far.

-punched through a wall by Devil Jin and fell to the ground, survived.
-Took a full force explosion by an ambush of JACKs, flew 28 miles and survived.
