Who would you draft between Bosh and Carmelo?

Uncertain grounds
Breh, Bosh is an elite scorer. He's not as good as Melo but Bosh was a 24 PPG on 59% TS and only getting better as a 25 year old in Toronto which is easily comparable with any of Melo's seasons during his stint with the Nuggets (Melo usually scored a couple points more but less efficient).

It's hard to remember but Bosh was that dude.

Ok, but you cant say Toronto had far less talent then prop up Bosh's scoring compared to Melo in DEN. Bosh isnt putting up 24 on that squad. He was an elite scorer on a bad squad and has been good on good squads but yet to prove he can be an elite 1 option on a good squad. Melo has done that.

I havent forgotten, I watched Bosh a lot in Toronto..hes not the same type of scorer as he was (and has stated so). Again, he had a very good start last season and could go 20/10 this year for all I know but he doesnt trump Melo in terms of flat out talent and thats how Id have evaluated them going into their draft as well.

Why couldn't Bosh a average 24 on that squad? He's easily be the best offensive player on that team and its way better suited to his talents than Bargani and Turkoglu.

Bosh went straight from a garbage squad to an elite squad but he's shown elite offensive talent and that just doesn't go away.

Those Nuggets were built around a versatile, high post scorer which Melo and Bosh are elite at. Again, Melo is better but it's not at a huge level. I'd say the gap in their defense is much bigger than their gap in offense.

Bosh I guess. You're probably not winning anything with either of them as your best player, though.
