Westbrook put him around a bunch of role players and he's gon carry them. Yea I know they missed the playoff last year but if he was healthy the whole year they would have made it.

Curry strikes me as someone who needs a lot of talent around him.

:mjlol: The gymnastics nikkas do on behalf of Russ :russ:

I will take the guy who is more consisent, in control, and keyed a championship run.
:looks forward to "bu...bu...but teammates" like Russ hasnt had stacked squads and KD:

Westbrook. I don't see Curry carrying a team like last year's Thunder to being an AD buzzer beater away from the offs. But I do see Golden State still being of the same pedigree with Westbrook. Obviously a bit different but still right there.

This was actually kind of hard though.

Both on the board, first pick available to you...who you takin as of now. Who helps mold your team.

Assuming that a regular combine draft process would lead up to this I couldn't pass on Russy he has all of the athletic tools and the size...And thats assuming we don't know what we know now.

Westbrook. Better scorer(league-leading scorer!), better rebounder, effective passer, better at taking games over, and I don't have to hide him on defense.

Curry's a better pure shooter, ball-handler and passer, but Russ simply has more of an impact on both sides of the floor on a team than Steph.

My answer really has nothing to do with their ability but more so who I'd want as a leader, because ability wise they both have their unique strengths. Westbrook just has that aura of someone you want leading you into battle, I've never gotten that vibe from Curry

Curry is a much better scorer than Westbrook, stop it.

Curry scored 5 less points but the difference in their efficiency is like comparing Kevin Durant to...Rudy Gay or Miami Bron to Paul George.

23.8 on 63% TS is fukking amazing. It's like elite big man efficiency.

What is this "Curry doesn't take over games" crap? Curry has DESTROYED teams to the point that he was sitting entire fourth quarters.

I think it's comparable but Westbrook's scoring aren't his strengths against Curry.

Curry is a better offensive player by most available metrics, Westbrook has ungodly athletic gifts and has an unlimited motor.

If Westbrook played in a bigger market his star power would be unreal.:yeshrug:

Cac media loves Stephen Corny, but best believe Westbrook in NY, LA, CHI, HOU would take over the league:youngsabo:

That's why Harden get so much coverage now, bigger market:manny:

Curry easily. His (Curry) plays more composed. I trust him to make better decisions.

Anybody saying the other guy by far is a cocksucker. They are same tier and it depends on how the team is built.
