No one an replace Cokeboy as a promoter + main booker. The insane levels of work (and coke) needed to pull that kind of thing can't be given to just 1 person.

I think at this stage HHH can be a good promoter. He's done a nice work with NXT, seems to know the kind of audience his show is aimed for and has had more than a decade of Vince teaching him how to promote. I also like how he's gave talented people important positions in Regal and Ryan Ward.

Then there's Shane, who might be good businesswise but might not be as willing to throw his whole life into it as Vince or Heyman

Shane has literally thrown his life into it...off of a Titantron.
