Who Would You Start Your Team With, Carmelo Or Cp3?

How does any of this address the fact that you were flat out wrong about the make up of the team when CP3 went there? I mean seriously you weren't even close.

Knicks have played their best when either STAT or Melo was out. Their run to get back into the playoffs in 2012 featured Melo, and STAT for that matter, watching like the rest of us. Why do you think? We could do this all day for both guys.

Are you just making things up? The Knicks were above .500 and the 5th seed when Melo arrived. Amare didn't have any health issues until the playoffs aka after they struggled and ended up a 6th seed. If that was CP3 it would have been his fault they struggled but since it's Melo the struggle never happened because his arrival propelled them into that 6th seed...from the 5th seed. But I'm the bias hater.

You forget that melo almost won games by himself in that Knicks /celtics series , all he needed was for Jared Jeffries to dunk the ball . No one would blame cp3 for losing with that Knicks team anyway we talking about his clippers s team (not his hornets team which no one really references )which has been picked as a top team for a few years now but can't do anything in the playoffs . Cp3 has a actual sidekick something melo hasn't had . You keep talking like this clippers team isn't better than Melos teams , yet we saw what melo did with decent teams he advanced in the playoffs and even made the wcf . Cp3 hasn't been able to do the same playing with a top 15 player and constantly adding pieces to help him out even a top coach . What more does cp3 need to make at least a conference finals ? Hell we saw melo with a jr smith sidekick win a division , 54 games and a playoff series .

Melo gets blame though, I never hear CP3 criticized, dude took the worst playoff defeat I ever saw and the media glossed over it. The shyt storm if Melo went out by damn near 60 would be ridiculous. Wouldn't matter who was on the team.

Breh not one negative word was spoken about Melo in this regard until he got to NY and Bron won his ring. He flew right under the radar while being heralded as a superstar just like CP3 is now. Like I said I am cool with blaming both. You can't blame one and cape for the other though. Who gets more blame is completely immaterial to this discussion.

When did I say the Clippers aren't better? Is the West not a better conference? How much better were the Clippers before CP3 got there? How have the Hornets and Nuggets done since each man left? AI, Billups, and STAT aren't quality sidekicks? Fundamental Attribution Error...look it up.

AI was close enough to his prime to actually outscore Melo one year. The Clippers were a lottery team pre CP3. The Knicks were in the playoffs when Melo arrived. The Nuggets went as far in the playoffs post-Melo as they did in all but one of his seasons there. You asked that as if there was some drastic, Cavs in 2011 type, drop off or something . The Hornets on the other hand haven't sniffed the playoffs since CP3 left. Both guys chose to force they way from the team that drafted them. You can't hold it against CP3 that his disloyalty has been more beneficial than Melo's.

at an NCAA title or solo WCF appearance having any bearing on NBA championships. You do realize CP3 has more trips beyond the 2nd round in less time in a tougher conference the entire time right?

If you are gonna tell me one guy his a better bet for my team than another you gotta give me something more than injuries, which happen to everybody and you can't control, and fit, which if you are really that good and I am giving you max money shouldn't be an issue.
