I wouldn't trade for Stone Cold Steve Austin. 1998 SCSA doesn't work as he did in the 1998 WWF, outside of the 1998 WWF.
WCW's problem was management/booking decisions and too much of a good thing (nWo). They didn't have enough checks and balances.
