I fall into the trap of feeling like "our" slang belongs to us.

Except

It's the American English language.

The word "niqqer" was being said by the most professional sounding white people for centuries.

The phrase "young niqqa" is simply part of the normal language used by every English speaker of every type (American, British, Patios, Creole)
