A producer having other people handle stuff a producer doesn't handle, you should get a job at CIA.
I don't think Kanye ever said that he plays instruments.

mike dean has writing credits on every song on MBDTF

he co-produced every song but 1

he mixed almsot every song

he playd piano,guitar,bass,violin,keyboard,chello

he arranged the instruments

he even recorded the music

mike dean has/had more contibution to MBDTF than kanye

Co-producing as in contributing to the song enough to earn himself a co-producer title. He and Bhasker arranged classical instruments, mixed and played instruments (Keyboard and guitar). Those are things most producers don't do, besides perhaps Ryan Leslie.
Kanye actually produced everything, he came up with the songs, told them how to arrange shyt, signed of on guitar tweaks, wrote the bars and rapped the song.

In other words Mike Dean & Jeff Bhasked would be replaceable by several other multi instrumentalists, engineers and mixers.
They are however very good at what the do, and delivered since College Dropout.

Lol

He was recycling Pre College Dropout songs and vereses on that very album

This is the kinda thing tht seperates a "listener" and a product of the culture...

Its not really recyclying dog... Or wasnt intended as such. More like a artist thts passionate about his craft and rhymes he wrote and spit before, tht he thought was so dope he wanted em heard on a bigger platform.

Well we know Rhymefest has wrote for him before. I wouldn't be shocked if Big Sean has wrote a verse or two for him before. And I definitely can believe Pusha T has wrote for him. Maybe they don't write whole verses but maybe they help coach each other and throw Kanye lines.
