The fact that Jungle and Wiz got random shout outs in the song tell me Nas wrote the verse.

That's what always made me think Nas wrote it. The random shout outs to Bags/QB dudes. Foxy was one that sounded like her writers, so I assumed it was Nas/AZ. But the math seemed random, and I could definitely see Smooth spittin that. She uses his flow.

And the math is right, but the way she says it is correct. In one part she says get 16 double it, times 3....we get 48. It's actually 96, which makes the rest of the math correct.

I spoke on Foxy writers before. Jay, Gav, smoothe, killa, JC, Skillz, etc…she also wrote some. She was credited on AA. I lean towards Nas doing this one. In fact, I don’t know if yall ever heard him say this but he once said the Firm should have been him, A, Mega, and NATURE. That song wasn’t intended to be an intro to the Firm, merely a posse cut.
