I use a credit union and a big national company. That way I get better rates, but I also have ATMs everywhere if I need it.

I have US Bank I use for all my bills and spending money.

A credit union I save $1000 a month in visa direct deposit that I don't touch.

I have a BOA account that I also stack about $1500 a month in. I only use it to pay the mortgage. But it also has my daughter's bank accounts linked, along with my credit cards and my three investment accounts. That one has so many assets linked they don't charge me any fees or ATM fees ever

I put everything I can on credit cards.

Capital One.

Started with a Quicksilver card, and ended up moving my checking and savings there. I'm happy with it, especially since there are no maintenance fees or anything, and they make everything really convenient to do or work through.

I don't really use the debit card for much, though. Instead I use my AmEx, and pay the balance off each month, so I'm considering moving at least my checking over to AmEx as well. Waiting to see if they drop another offer on me to do it.
