This Black Panther is one of the most powerful non-superhumans in the Marvel Universe. I think we could edge out Bats, but ever so slightly.Keep in mind Panther has Batmans money (maybe richer), same resources, similar skillset, and Ironman level technology, as well as being a brilliant tactician and genius.

As for Bats vs Wolvie, in a straight up fight Wolvie would win, but Wolvie is not totally invincible, there is one weakness that Wolverine has that few people mention. POISON. Batman is a skilled chemist and probably has stuff on deck just in case. Now Poison won't kill Wolverine straight out, but he recovers slower from it and I could imagine the right poison slows Wolverines healing factor as well as slowing him down and weakening him, making him more susceptible to getting beaten up by Bats. So in summary Wolverine wins but if Captain America can fight Wolverine to almost a standstill, Batman would put up a good fight at worst. With prep time it's maybe a draw.

Being someone with centuries worth of military/ninja scouting and espionage experience along with animal like senses, he'd definitely track him down in no time....Bruce Wayne would fukk around and eat adamantium in his sleep.
