Was talking about this with my fantasy basketball group, there really doesn't seem to be a clear cut choice. I'd assume Jokic is probably at the top of the list but Otto Porter probably deserves some consideration.

It's not Giannis or Isaiah thomas for most improved. Don't get me wrong. both guys are balling this year. but when you talk about stepping up their game, It's Harrison Barnes. Went from being a 4th option shooting bricks to being THE GUY. Isaiah was already the man in boston. To go from 4 to 1 and put up those numbers , Barnes deserves it.
