I use a combination of both (Shea Moisture, Dr. Bronner's, and Dove keep me alive), but if I have to choose I'll go with bar soap and a wash cloth.

My body reacts better to scent less bar soap.

Also with scentless you can add whatever spray/cologne after.

Been using that Sage bar for about 2 weeks now. I don't combine this one with bodywash.

Was using this heavy too...only for morning showers.
Both have real earthy scents. Lady loved them.

I'm running out of Dove Shea Butter body wash.

I want to replace it with a black owned but still shea butter body wash but I heard bad things about Shea Mouisture though.
