I was going to sleep listening to Jamiroquai every nite since like last October till a few months ago..I tried to go to sleep listening to 60s phycadellic rock, but it gave me weird dreams..usually listen to deep house when I sleep sometimes..

Ya you gotta keep the volume low..I pay for spotify so I sync whole discographies to a playlist to sleep..sometimes when I'm trying to sleep, a song will come on that I really never paid attention to, but when I'm sleepy it's sounds super dope.. so I have to turn it up a bit..

I had a Seal playlist one time..I had to get the fukk outta bed in the middle of the nite and turn that shyt off it was so wack,,it was fukking up my sleep..
