but security is told not to pursue shoplifters, and theft under $950 is basically not prosecuted. i literally watched a security guard in walgreens tell two chicks to hurry up and finish stealing. chicks was putting the whole fukking makeup aisle in their tote bags - all the makeup is at the front of the store. i'm standing in line like "why the fukk am i paying for this shyt?"
