Whole Foods is the worst

I shop at mom's organic. All organic food. It's similar to whole foods and may have the same parent owner, just smaller. Expensive though. Between eatimg out, Wegmans, mom's organic, BJ's and Harris teeter, I spend upwards of $800 on food for 2.

its always a lot of bytches in Whole Foods based on the fact that their marketing is about higher quality.

But break it down and the seafood is farm raised shyt from Asia and the meats may be "grass fed" or "veggie diets but the facilities are just as filthy as other manufacturers.

If it makes you feel good to shop there do it but there are better options at cheaper prices.

Albertsons, Tom Thumb, Kroger are the main ones Fiesta kinda

those special grocery stores.....Aldi, Whole Foods, Trader Joes (just got those here last year) and one Winco that just opened up this year but its far

we got two central markets which is supposed to be the same company as HEB but i dunno i never shop there because they far from where i live

There's no such thing as fresh shrimp unless you live near the source, it's all frozen. Notice grocery don't advertise their shrimp as fresh foods
