neither one is going to win it all and it's way over priced in LA. Plus taxes and random finds/tickets are crazy. TX you'll be living like a king Ca you'll be living next to 20 Mexicans in one house with no parking eating $5 little Cesars pizza. Or if you do move out here live in the I.E. and just work in LA
