LA being expensive is a myth. I am here now for the summer. LA makes you want to spend money unnecessarily though. Living a Hollywood lifestyle fronting then yeah but a modest life on 80k, you're Gucci. Gas prices and traffic are problematic.

what about GA?
Do they have business analyst jobs out there? I dont give a fukk about any state, just away from expensive states. shyt, id love to get work in delaware and stack away.

My boys girl got a 120k job in jersey...shes killing it, she has close to 70k saved up in over a year...lives with her family. I gotta save to open businesses down the road and for investments.

off 80k and single? Which is basically 60k. Renting an apartment over there would be about 1700-2000. Plus you know he's going to want to get a new whip. 400 a month. After student loans, bills, credit card, dude is going to be living off nothing. It's going to be Netflix and Beer every night
nikka dont stereotype me :what:

I mean..it has to right? :ld:

From everything i've seen it does, the immersion technique is definitely best when it comes to learning

I think the best way to learn a language is to live in that country for 2 years tbh. You gotta hear that shyt everyday, everysecond.

Why do you think by 2 kids already know how to talk and communicate for the most part

I don't think some program can capture that. I gotta see success stories or reviews to believe it

If you stick to it & do it daily, its the exact same way as kids learn languages plus they have live support you can practice conversing with. I'll fire it up this weekend tho
