The holocaust was very much about race, this is about as stupid as saying slavery wasn't about race.

To the nazis the Jewish people were at the bottom of what they considered Untermenschen.

Only a low-IQ individual with no understanding of history would class it as white on white crime.

And it’s not a topic that is common. There are so few instances where the Holocaust, or Hitler are necessary to bring up, especially in any positive, or “not so bad” context.

From some of our perspectives Whooppi's opinion makes sense, since we view them all as white people, but that's not how white Europeans view themselves.

Imagine someone trying to simplify the Rwandan genocide as black on black violence. While technically it is, it's disrespectful to the people who had to go through that, because it's sweeping what they went through as a people under a rug.

I'm not sure if you're implying I believe that, but just in case, I don't believe in any racial totem pole.

As far as the Nazi are concerned, sometimes Africans appear on the same level as Jews in racial theory pyramids, sometimes one rank above or below. It must depend on the specific racial theory they referred to when drawing their diagrams.

Jews were considered the main existential threat by Nazi for the German race though.
