This... they had totally different vibes.. and from a musicality standpoint, EWF is more of my cup of tea.... I completely understand if people think the Isley brothers are better tho

Isley Brothers. Having hits since the 50s. Had Jimmy Hendricks (note the spelling) playing guitar. Had the Beatles stealing their swag.

Earth Wind and Fire had big hits in the 70s and 80s but I'd be hard pressed to tell you any songs past that era. Maurice became a songwriter in the background.
