What's the point of bulking and cutting anyways? Why not just go hard in the gym every day and watch what you eat?

It's supposed to maximize your gains. I don't really think about it, it's something I do naturally to be honest. Though I'm sure there's a formal routine for it if you want to look it up and go more in-depth about it, but just working out like normal works too.

Eating right before you sleep? This is the time your body wants to focus on healing, building, balance PH etc. Not digesting a ton of food.
