It's also fukked up that there are people who won't consider Cabrera's season this year as great as last year because he won't win the Triple Crown. At the plate, he's been better than last year across the board.
I didn't "throw" anything in there...it's fact. And what makes me bias exactly? I'm a huge fan of BOTH players. Watch every at bat I can from both of them.
If considering defense and baserunning alongside batting makes be "bias" then I guess I'll wear it.
RBI's DON'T matter because quality of teammates DOES matter, and quality of teammates is not constant thus true comparison is impossible, you mean. I got what you were saying from the jump, breh.
My gripe is going to always be the mere statement "RBIs don't matter". They shouldn't be a major determinant, I agree, but they shouldn't be completely ignored.

Like last year You would have to prove that trouts defense and base running is more impactful then Cabreras bat and I don't see it.
