I know he never "retired" but not seeing A.I. in the league is still :wow: to me.

A lot of the players that were in the NBA from the early 90's on, even someone like Alonzo Mourning. I watched him from Georgetown on.

Chris Samuels hit a bit close to home for me only because I got to know him when I ran a detail shop that did a lot of the Redskins, and we are roughly the same age.

All these old players I remember coaching has me fukked up. Brian Shaw, seeing Sam Cassell in the assistant role, Tyronn Lue couldn't wait to get into coaching. He's already been doing it 10 years and he probably retired 7 years ago.

When KG goes, I might become the old man who always talks about the good old days. :to: Watching Randy Moss just kind of fade off into the sunset is sad to see. He was on a Super Bowl team last year, and nobody gave a fukk about him.

The fact that LeBron and that class have already been in the league for 10 years let's me know I aint shyt and wont ever be shyt :flabbynsick:

:shaq:. Still feels odd not to see him on a roster some 2 years later.

I'd also add Jon Ogden. I remember the day he got drafted, holding up the generic Ravens "NFL" jersey (they hadn't decided on a logo/colors yet). Makes me feel even that much older now that he's about to go to Canton.

That was the first draft I watched start to finish.

I thought the Cardinals were going to snatch up Ogden, but they took Simeon Rice.He later demanded a trade and called the Cardinals the "Armpit of the NFL":heh:

Looking back, the Ravens had one of the best drafts of all time.In retrospect, Ogden and Ray Lewis would go #1 and #2 if that draft was held today.

It just puts into perspective how short life really is:sadbron:

I remember watching Iverson, Marbury, Ray Allen, Camby, and Steve Nash all play against each other in college:to:
