Kendrick, Chance and right now Drake/J.Cole/Future can fight for that third position.
Used to be Drake, Kendrick or Cole as given as Jigga, Nas and Big but now after their latest albums.
Future might've passed Cole and Drake + Chance has definitely passed them.
Vic is nice but he lacks something, I don't know what it is.

What are you basing this off of because Drake is by far the biggest rapper in the game.
Biggest =/= best. And Jay wasn't the biggest in 1997, anyway, which is what the title is a play on.
