If you think Andre 3000 is all technique, you've never heard a Kast album or a Andre verse. His verses have substance and there's OutKast songs where he's had some great hooks, song structure, and production. The same goes for his songs on The Love Below. Andre is a better a rapper than Kanye in every aspect of rapping.
