Neil Lennon. The guy had bombs and bullets sent to him in the post, was assaulted in the street and assaulted during a game. They guys life was literally in danger his entire time playing for and managing celtic.
James McLean and Colin kaepernick are also hated for taking a stand but it doesn't come close to the hatred Lennon still gets on a daily basis.

Lebron is literally the only answer...KD hate is mostly isolated and you guys are Coli Centrists so you exaggerate the hate he gets because it's magnified on here...Lebron is the only athlete that can make even the most comfortably Black, Black men come off as bitter middle aged conservative White men...And that's on top of the crazy hate he gets from White folks...Hell, folks who don't even watch the NBA hate on Lebron James.

This ia true. The most hated athlete label is between LeBron and Mayweathe. I would say Mayweatwhr is hated most follows by LeBron because May is hated by women, cacs and most other non black races. LeBron is hated by many cacs, some number of c00ns, and a fair bit of non blacks, but not to the same degree.

And it's also hard because generally the players who are the most hated are also the most loved. There are very few players in the history of the game who are universally hated (outside of their team fanbase if it's a team sport obviously). There aren't THAT many Bill Laimbeers out here lol.
And then there's who gets the most consistent hate as well.
For example, LeBron James pretty much gets hated on throughout the year, whether it's basketball season or not. Floyd Mayweather gets plenty of hate too, but boxers are more out of sight out of mind, and unless he has a fight coming up you're not going to hear anybody talk about him on a mainstream, national level, or even on a place like The Coli to be honest. And both of those guys have HUGE fan bases.

Probably not, at least in this country. Generally speaking, more people care about Brady than care about Mayweather.
