Both. I'm leaning towards Max though because I heard all the hype then listened to his stuff and I was after every song like "This is who yall keep hyping up?". People were talking about him like he was GOAT status. At first I thought his stans were trolls on some Lil B shyt. He sounds no different from any other singy-songy rapper out there. The only song I liked that I heard from him was the one over the Bow Wow beat.

Max got some great songs tho. Unless you listen to one of his tapes front to back, you wouldn't really understand or be amazed at him possessing so many flows and melodies. He did all that while having a case pending on his head. Most rappers would fold, but he kept making music till the very end, and always made light of the situation. He's not a technical rapper, but no one claims he is.
