It’s on Harbaugh because no matter the other team or situation he always finds a way to lose these type of games. This is the same guy whose staff called maybe 8 designed runs all game with the top rushing team in the league in the conference title game just 2 years ago.

This game was on the ravens giving it away . Allen had 46 passes and 14 runs but was hit just 3 times and the secondary didn’t cover anyone at any point all game. Everyone was wide open on every play while the rush wasn’t even pressuring him. The 2011 packers secondary couldn’t have done a worse job in coverage. Sure Allen had a good game, but the story here was the ravens giving away a game that was theirs with awful defense and awful coaching.
