Keep in mind I lived below my means for a while in order to make this happen. When nikkaz were taking vacations and balling out at clubs every weekend, I was taking the subway and shopping at outlets and buying sh1t on clearance. It was all worth it. My biggest challenge now is how to make more money in investments outside of RE.

I still look for big deals and take the train even though I can cop damn near any high end car cash and still have $ left over. Not bragging. This is the key right here. My whip is 11 years old and I buy my clothes on the clearance rack and at good will. The last pair of sneakers I bought cost $17 at Walmart . Once you learn how to control your spending and put money into shyt that will make you bread you good.

The only thing I would really spend money on was alcohol. I haven't drank it in a while but I love scotch
