i dont know about prometeus, ima have to look him/her up, never heard of him/her..... the wiki i read said shiva was 1st & bronze tiger was 2nd.. you know any good stories featurin them??? deathstroke was 3rd or 4th with bats just under him....

of course my favorite villain, JOKER, was damn near last cause he cant fight.. he can only beat up scarecrow & penguin....

If you are into the sucide squad they have some good bronze tiger stories but as far as shiva she as good story in batgirl.

I think I'm the only one who has ever hated the Joker. I enjoyed the movie portrayals by Jack and Heath, but when it comes to the comics. I would of offed his ass. Dude murders half of Gotham and Bats is like, "I have a code!" Make one exception.
As for the question, either Riddler or Bane.

i love joker but youre right somebody shoulda shot his psycho ass long ago... i cant count how many people this dude killed in death of a family....

Scarecrow. I guess because Halloween is my favorite holiday and he just reminds me of that. Plus, he's the only villain to fukk with Batman's mind and turn him into a whimpering baby. His levels in Arkham Asylum is one of the greatest bosses ever.

Put the Joker in any other rogues gallery and he is without a doubt the only one people care about. Ofcourse most people think the Joker is the best in Batman rogue gallary but Batman has so many greats that you can understand if people like other villains better
