Agreed. Haven't liked his albums since For Whom The Beat Tolls. Can't believe he actually pulled Poet Laureate Infinity off. I mean 1000 bars for 50+ minutes, and the way you could mix the 5 tracks with each other creating infinite possibilities.

I like Lupe but I never really thought his delivery was top notch..yah he can flow and write but just for the sake of the Convo I'll give it to canibus even if his beats were top notch triddash. Also no long time quotes from Lupe thats been sampled for beats

Why yall fukkin with my Chicago folks? First, some delusional poster started a thread comparing R. Kelly to D'Angelo. I really like D'Angelo but R. Kelly is 2 levels ahead of him. The same can be said for Lupe vs. Canibus. Canibus is a good rapper but Lupe is gifted. C'mon y'all 
Being great is one thing, but Lupe is not the GOAT and there is no reasonable argument that can be made for him.
No GOAT contender albums.
At best, 2 classics, and that is using the term classic as loosely as possible.
No all time classic singles
No classic verses all heads no by heart. no classic guest appearances.
He arguably has the best pen in rap history.
He has multiple great to classic albums
I'm not saying he is the GOAT...but you dont think those 2 things right there are strong arguments for why he is a GOAT contender?
