that's great an all, but teachers who act with authority are usually the ones that get fired
one complaint from a parent that her "special snowflake was getting yelled at" is all it takes to get a teacher in trouble these days

if it was up to me, i say we start beating kids in schools again :yeshrug:
Authority in the sense that you mean what you say. And follow through. Kids can tell when you mean it. And when you're scared. Even if you're not a loud person. And they know she's scared. The kid told her to sit down. And she did it. To the one who had a cell phone. She could have easily reported him for having a cell phone in the classroom. And he would have gotten suspended or the phone taken away. Again, it's up to the teacher to be ready for this. If I was her, I would have been yelling real loud for help. Out in the hallway. She's just a bad teacher and should be fired. You can't teach inner city kids and not be ready for this. I work in the Detroit schools and see kids way badder then this.

"You're suppose to be the teacher and you're going to let them beat my ___ like that?" Though those kids are just acting silly, there still a grain of truth to what she said. She's suppose to be the teacher and in charge. Teacher let the kids put the cell phone in her face? What?

Phone wouldve been on the ground shattered into the tiniest of pieces. When kids act unruly, put them in line. Teacher did not discipline them, so that is her fault. However, it doesnt excuse the foolishness those kids displayed.

Man, you just listed everything she did in the video
She didn't do that. She needed to get out in the hallway and call security. Most school have phones in the classroom or a page to the office. She didn't utilize it. She just said in a soft voice, get security. Like the kids are going to call security on themselves. Or look like a snitch.

I agree. Put them in line. That's classroom management 101. you can't do it. Then don't be a teacher.

Even if they don't. It's up to you to takes steps so they're not in the classroom. She's not proactive.

you're vastly underestimating just how much power teachers have lost
parents do not side with teachers anymore, they only side with their special snowflake who would never do anything wrong

everyone blames the teacher, but what is a 90lb woman going to to do a bunch of kids who clearly have no fear of discipline at home

The majority of the blame belongs to the teacher. No classroom management. No authority over these kids. Allowing them to tell what to do. This is the problem with our society in general. People are scared of kids. I know teachers her same size whom kids fear. Even the "bad kids". Bad kids won't even go in that classroom because they know they can't do what they want to do. They know they will be held accountible. This teacher is not holding them accountable at all.

And watch what they do when they find out somebody coming. They stop. Cut off the cell phone. Because they know they will be held accountable. Weak teachers like this should be fired. She's just collecting a check instead of running the classroom.

Shut your ignorant bytch ass up.

bad behavior doesn't always mean bad parenting. Plenty of instances of kids with shytty parents and are well behaved and kids with good parents who are straight nasty.
This. A good lot of teenagers are defiant by nature anyways and will pretty much go out of their way to see what they can get by with. I think in extreme cases like this the teacher should be able to record students acting a fool, call for them go be sent to the office, then the office call their parents in, the teacher sends the footage to the office so the parents can see their kid acting a fool, then proceed with punishment.

She still has the principal who should side with her. That these kids are being disruptive. Even if the parents don't care about their kids. Her size means nothings. I know female teachers who put fear in football players. They know that in their class. She's not having it. So they don't act out. These kids know in this classroom. It's all good because she's not going to do anything. Except when they thought somebody was coming. Then they "had to go". Why because they know better. They just know in her class they can get away with it.

In what way do those kids come across as special ed? :what:
HM, I'm not sure. Maybe the blatant disrespect they gave the teacher, and disregard of the others in the class? Did I touch a nerve? Were you one of those special fukks who couldn't consecrate in regular class, that they had to put you in a whole separate room? Lmao foh :camby:
