Jag’s fault unless the white car was doing some weird lane change at a fast speed

that grey car was clearly speeding....you can hear the tires screeching before it hits the black car...it also hit the car that was turning 1st

The speeding car.

It doesn't matter if the Jag was pulling out slow or not, the speeding car clearly ran through two cars, including one that was able to slow down for the Jaguar. The majority of the fault falls on the speeding car.

He was speeding but the right of way goes to the cars already on the road. It was like a person taking a casual stroll onto a busy freeway. There's cars going too fast no doubt but can never pull out onto a busy street without looking and going five mph
