I've spotted the dude in the front at multiple Trump rallies since late 2016: He would always be strategically placed next to Trump where the TV camera would be and would flash a "Blacks For Trump" sign every few minutes while wearing a white shirt that said the same thing.

No doubt a paid actor on the campaign's behalf.
