I was in the DMV visiting family mid December-just after New Years, and everyone kept saying how I brought the good weather with me. I'm in Texas, and seeing these pictures/reading y'all's stories/calling to check in with my fam has me feeling bad for complaining about cold, windy weather. It gets to freezing or slightly below, but I haven't been here for any storms yet this winter. In north Texas, we get ice storms and it is crazy. Hell, people can barely drive here under normal conditions. Any kind of precipitation, and you might really see your life flash before your eyes if you're out in the streets!! Hope y'all are ok though, I hate the thought of people being without power and/or food and water. Just be vigilant and use wisdom if you do have to go out.

Bruh I'm in Queens ( Fresh meadows specifically). They started moving through the streets already.

I'm in Southside. They come through and plow but whatever snow they removed is back in 20 min. Looks like they never came by

I'm in NC like 3 inches on the ground but that causes the world to stop around here, threw on my northface from my NY days and had to troop it to the store for cigars n beer....

Looked outside, and it didn't look nice, but I was determined to go out. Then the news said it's pretty dangerous with wind and cold even though it's only 3 inches of snow I believe. I mean, most things will be closed, and buses will barely run. I have homework and chores to do, there is a wrestling ppv tomorrow. But still, can't be in for two days, then just start the week off like nothing.

Guess it's time to just sit still and relax.


EDIT, this can't be 3 inches tho, maybe I heard it wrong, don't get snow. How is it in tristate area?
