whose the best gangsta Al Pacino or Robert De Niro?

Al Pacino quite easily....Scarface transcends a movie and they talk about the character like he's a real person....Deniro don't have no gangsta character like that....only nikka id say came close was Wesley with his portrayl of Nino Brown
.....if only he hadn't gon out like such a sucka,how u let some old man shoot Nino Brown after he snitches
...matter of fact the whole ending is dumb,movie ain't do wesley justice towards the end....id rather Ice T beat his azz and it end like that,at least that's Ice T...lemme chill forgot what this thread was about.

You contradicting yourself here. On the one hand you say place in pop culture doesn't really matter and on the other you wanna point out how popular Scarface is in hip hop culture.
DeNiro gets plenty of love from rappers too anyway.
Pesci deffo deserves a nod too. Even in JFK he was compelling. He always had real menacing characters.

at anyone using Scarface as an example. Past the cultural impact, shyt is one of the worst examples of a gangsta in film history.That's cool that it's one of your favorite movies, but there's a difference between someone's favorite movie and what typically qualifies as a great movie or great acting.
