Disney just doesnt have their hands in gaming like that. They see it as a cash machine to just dip in make a quick buck off name brand and then dip.

WB on the other hand looks well equipped to take full advantage of the DC films coming.

You know rocksteady is cooking up something and Im sure they will be using other devs.

Last year Marvel said they are going back to console games this year. They announced that a marvel telltale game in in the works. But yeah they are caking off them apps, lego games and disney infinity.

Yeah I doubt thats happening breh didn't MvC3 flop and plus Capcom doesn't have the Marvel license anymore. They made some Marvel fighting game for ios a while ago that was and they caked heavy off that shyt

Marvel doesn't see the same success in the conventional gaming space as they used to. A lot of poor quality control from games last gen like X-Men Destiny, Spider-Man Edge of Time and basically every Spider-Man after that, Activision price gouging the fukk out of people with their old Marvel games, SEGA shytting themselves with the movie-based games, Marvel themselves being draconian with how their IPs are handled like with Capcom in MvC3. Just a bad move for them.

Disney's doing the thing inch by inch. They're obviously interested in asserting themselves back as quality publishers and the Marvel IP would do them some service.

Personally? I think Marvel vs Capcom 4 will be the 'first' real Marvel game we'll see this generation.

Nah it sold like 3.6 mil (that's including UMVC3). That's great numbers for a fighting game. And Marvel's only bigger now. We need that sequel.
