You're right i know the I4 existed.
Guess I just expected more from them, being that they annexed the legendary 3 and upped it to a whole new platform on the 4, I was expecting a more imposing identity like i6 standard. But these are minor improvements over the previous years like they've always done.
They have the 1-series now so I'm not buying that baseline comparison. Agree or not I find a 2.0 i4 in that vehicle rediculous. The 435 isn't even all that impressive.
Or maybe I'm just mad at what they're giving me at my price point![]()
But you made a thread about how this car was piff though...unless you mean performance wise, and even then a tuned N55 can walk on alot of cars out there. We're talking about $1,000 and two simple DIY upgrades That will put you in a separate realm of performance.
Then again my opinion is biased.



Which is why I can give an objective opinion on the turbo 4 having driven both.....
