Arabs till this day have not apologised for the destruction of the Coptic, Assyrian, Zoroastrian, native Yemenite, Aramaean, Berber, Nabatean and Mizrahim communities around the middle east and North Africa. Many are still quite proud of their conquering genocidal ancestors, and actively discriminate against minorities, whose communities has seen nothing but oppression and humiliation for the last 1400 years.

Most native Americans died because of diseases brought by Europeans. I'll give it to the Europeans for their use of systemic brutality to control the native populations in their colonies, but the Arabs and the Muslim's take the crown for most civilisations and cultures destroyed or irrevocably altered as a result of their expansion into North Africa, the Levant, Asia minor, Central Asia, Southern Arabia and South Asia.

So why did Jews prefer to live under successive Muslims governments rather than Europeans? There's a reason why the Ottoman Empire, the Islamic Kingdoms of Spain etc had large Jewish populations not only living there but also in prominent positions.

this is some of the dumbest shyt ive ever read on thecoli. european history since the middle ages is filled with intense xenophobia even WITHIN the continent. look at anti-slavic persecution throughout central and western europe, xenophobia between the french and british, french and german, intense religious sectarianism between catholics and protestants, anti-gypsy sentiment. the scapegoating of minorities youre describing happened ALL THE TIME in european history. this is without even getting into european attitudes towards africa, asia and the americas.
but really the issue im seeing is a recurring need on thecoli for people to describe how arabs are "worse" than europeans, as if that would somehow justify the lack of clean water and resources in occupied palestine, the utter pollution of gaza, the massive refugee crisis created as a result of israeli policy and the aggression of israeli settlements. if you are concerned with the right wing in the united states you should also realize what is happening with the israeli government and military culture of the country is horrible. i have utmost respect for israeli citizens who recognize this and are politically persecuted in their own country for speaking out against it, like the IDF veterans who told Bet'Selem about the pointless destruction their commanders ordered them to commit in the 2014 war.
